Regional Marketing Generalist

Responsibilities

• Annually support the development and execution of regional marketing plans across brands
• Implement region-specific conference marketing strategy and execution
• Create and support email marketing campaigns
• Partner with branding team to develop and align advertising, collateral, and related materials
• Support analytics and reporting for regional marketing activities
• Support additional marketing initiatives or ad-hoc requests as needed

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Two to four years of experience in marketing or related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Adaptable and comfortable shifting priorities based on business needs
