For over 45 years, OPTP has been a leading supplier of therapy, fitness and wellness products. This well-respected company is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Coordinator with strong organizational and project management skills to join our marketing team. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field, plus five or more years’ experience in a marketing or advertising setting.
A background in health & wellness marketing is a plus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field, plus 5+ years experience in a marketing or advertising setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience with customer-level data for the purpose of analysis, reporting and/or marketing.
- Exerience using work platforms, like Click Up, Asana, Monday, etc., to manage production workflows.
- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel. Experience with Access is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently; professional in demeanor and presentation; ability to plan ahead, anticipate needs and work proactively to meet deadlines and commitments.
- Familiar with B2B and B2C marketing theory, best practices, and trends.
- Ability to represent OPTP at trade shows (involves some travel).
Responsibilities include the following:
- Support the marketing and sales of health, fitness and wellness products across multiple channels (B2B and B2C).
- Manage and monitor the marketing production workflow, including creation, scheduling and expedition of tasks to meet deadlines.
- Support members of marketing production team (including director, designers, and copywriters) to ensure project needs are met.
- Communicate between departments to ensure cohesive understanding of marketing tactics and promotions.
- Coordinate intake, research and review of new product submissions.
- Assist with photo and video shoots for product packaging, instructional material, promotional material and sales collateral.
- Organize and facilitate a schedule of industry trade shows from planning to execution.
- Create and maintain sales and metric reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Assist with marketing-related mailings and correspondence, along with various administrative tasks.
Salary:$60-70k depending on qualifications and experience
