THE JOB

We are currently looking for an Onsite Marketing Representative for Fillmore Minneapolis and other venues in Minnesota. This person, under the guidance of Onsite Marketing Team leadership and the General Manager, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation’s onsite marketing efforts. The Onsite Marketing Representative will provide onsite support for concerts and events, helping ensure each venue is properly presented, branded, and promoted throughout the night.

This role will focus on maintaining current show posters and venue marketing materials, updating the venue marquee, creating real-time social media content, and capturing engaging Night of Show content that showcases the complete fan journey—from arrival and entry through the show and departure. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

WHAT

THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to designated areas for the allotted time at each show.
  • Create and post lively, real-time coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages, including Instagram Stories.
  • Capture high-quality photos and phone video clips as directed by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams.
  • Capture the complete fan journey, including venue arrival, marquee, entry, signage, concessions, bars, merchandise, venue atmosphere, crowd engagement, performances, and other key moments.
  • Work with the house photographer to ensure quality and engaging content is being captured throughout the event.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practices.
  • Update and maintain show posters, promotional materials, banners, and digital displays throughout the venue.
  • Ensure signage, posters, banners, marquee messaging, and digital displays are current, accurate, clean, and properly presented.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage, to highlight specific venue offerings and enhance the overall fan experience.
  • Assist with approved media and photography needs as directed by Onsite Marketing Team leadership.
  • Communicate any issues with signage, displays, branding, or guest-facing marketing materials to the appropriate venue team.
  • Assist with last-minute show-day marketing requests and other onsite marketing needs.
  • Organize and provide photos, video, and other captured content to the appropriate marketing team following events.
  • Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined by the General Manager, Onsite Marketing Team leadership, or other venue leadership.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Marketing, photography, event, hospitality, or live entertainment experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience using Instagram and/or other social media platforms preferred.
  • Interest and knowledge of music, concerts, and live entertainment.
  • Strong eye for visual presentation, composition, and attention to detail.
