Media Supervisor

The Media Supervisor’sprimary focus will be to help shape and execute media strategies for our clients which includes analyzing digital marketing metrics, collaborating with clients to refine marketing objectives and distributing advertising content to the most impactful media platforms.

• Strategic Oversight:
  Develop and oversee the creation of strategic, data-driven media plans that meet client objectives and align with overall marketing strategies.
• Client Management:
  Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting media recommendations, campaign performance reports, and strategic updates.
• Plan Execution:
  Ensure seamless implementation of media plans by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and media partners.
• Optimization:
  Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Innovation:
  Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, integrating new opportunities into media strategies to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
• Team Management:
  Supervise, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to the Media Planner and Assistant Media Planner, ensuring high-quality work and team cohesion.
• Team Growth:
  Identify opportunities for professional development and create plans to strengthen team members’ skills and expertise.
• Performance Reviews:
  Conduct regular evaluations to provide constructive feedback and recognize achievements.

• Budget Management:
  Oversee and ensure the accurate allocation of media budgets, maintaining cost efficiency and value for clients.
• Performance Analysis:
  Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in media planning and buying
• Experience with syndicated research resources (i.e. You Gov, Vivvix, Media Radar, Looker Studio) is a plus but not required
• Ability to manage team and foster growth of direct reports
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates initiative (proactive and responsive)

• Ability to manage and maintain budgets, billing and media authorizations
