Performance Media Planner – Paid Search, Paid Social

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversight and execution of media across multiple paid search and paid social platforms including but not limited to Google, Bing, You Tube, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Linked In, and Twitter
• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns to meet and exceed goals
• Campaign planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Recommending testing strategies and optimizations to drive performance
• Campaign bid management strategy and oversight
• Campaign data analysis, reporting, and insights
• Summarize and communicate the status of all campaigns with appropriate internal and external contacts
• Keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience development
• Industry research on search and social trends with occasionally being tasked to write a POV, blog post, or case study

• 1+ years of paid social or paid search marketing experience
• Proficiency within at least one of the following paid channels:
  Google, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, or Amazon.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Results driven with a proven track record of driving performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
