THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing leader to lead IGEL's marketing organization across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
As Senior Marketing DACH, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategy, leading the DACH marketing team, and partnering closely with Sales, Channel and global Marketing teams to support business growth across the region.
This is a highly visible leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution. The successful candidate will bring broad experience across field marketing, channel and partner marketing, demand generation and account‑based marketing (ABM), and understands how to build integrated regional marketing programs that generate pipeline, strengthen customer engagement and support revenue growth.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute the DACH marketing strategy aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Build integrated marketing plans that support pipeline growth, brand awareness and business objectives across the region.
- Translate global marketing initiatives into impactful regional programs tailored to local market requirements.
- Take a hands‑on approach to both strategic planning and execution, ensuring marketing programs are delivered with excellence.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing priorities with regional business goals.
- Collaborate across Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Channel Sales, Presales and other key internal stakeholders to maximize business impact.
- Ensure close alignment with EMEA and Global Marketing teams, sharing best practices and maintaining consistency with global messaging, campaigns and strategy.
- Lead integrated regional demand generation programs across field marketing, partner marketing, account‑based marketing (ABM) and regional campaign execution.
- Partner closely with the global Digital Marketing team to successfully activate campaigns within the DACH region.
- Work with Sales to optimize lead management, pipeline progression and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor marketing performance and pipeline contribution, using data and insights to continuously improve results.
- Develop and execute joint go‑to‑market initiatives with distributors, resellers and strategic technology partners.
- Oversee the regional MDF program, ensuring effective investment and compliance with program guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Alliances Marketing team to integrate IGEL Ready ecosystem initiatives into regional marketing plans.
- Strengthen partner engagement through marketing programs that support pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Lead the planning and execution of regional events, executive round tables, trade shows, webinars and customer engagement activities.
- Manage event budgets, logistics and post‑event follow‑up.
- Measure success based on business impact, pipeline contribution and return on investment.
- Monitor marketing performance through KPIs and reporting to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Work closely with regional and global marketing leadership to strengthen measurement, reporting and best‑practice sharing.
- Own the regional marketing budget, ensuring investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver maximum return.
- Lead, coach and develop the DACH marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high‑performing team culture.
- Encourage innovation, accountability and continuous professional development.
- Support team members in achieving both individual and business objectives.
- Travel up to approximately 30% across the DACH region and occasionally internationally to support customer engagements, partner activities, industry events and internal meetings.
