Position Overview
The Marketing Content Manager serves as the driving force behind content strategy, ideation, and execution across multiple client accounts. This role blends creative storytelling with project management, owning content from concept through publishing while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and performance goals. The ideal candidate is both highly creative and operationally strong, able to generate innovative ideas and bring them to life efficiently.

- Monitor content performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Oversee content calendars, scheduling, and platform best practices to drive engagement
- Experience developing and executing content strategies in a marketing, digital, or agency environment
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple platforms
- Ability to generate original content ideas and translate them into actionable plans
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with social platforms, content trends, and project management tools such as Asana or similar
This role offers a base salary of $65,000–$80,000, in addition to a performance-based bonus and health insurance offset. Employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan with a 4% safe harbor match, along with paid holidays and floating holidays.
