The Social Content and Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul Area. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that showcase Swanson Homes’, Carbon 6 interiors and Edition By Swanson projects, craftsmanship, and brand story across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and emerging channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, creating and curating visual and written content, keeping inventory of printed marketing materials, coordinating photo and video shoots, and engaging with online communities to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
The individual will collaborate with leadership, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, manage analytics and reporting, and refine strategies based on performance data. The role may also support broader marketing initiatives, including website updates, email marketing, and partnerships or events aligned with the company’s brand.
- Experience in social media management and content creation for brands, including planning, publishing, and community engagement.
- Skills in brand storytelling and visual communication, with the ability to translate luxury design and construction projects into compelling narratives.
- Familiarity with basic digital marketing practices, such as campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Comfort with photography and/or coordinating creative assets (images, video, graphics) in collaboration with internal or external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and messaging.
- Ability to collaborate effectively on-site with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in residential construction, architecture, interior design, or luxury goods marketing is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Bonus skills; proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Salary Range based on experience; $70,000-$85,000
