The Director of Product Marketing exists to drive Jump Cloud's market presence, packaging, and competitive positioning while building and leading the team that scales that work. In this high-impact role, you will own the strategic alignment of our pricing and packaging models, direct the team that equips our global sales organization to win, and set the standard for how Jump Cloud translates complex platform capabilities into compelling market narratives.

You will lead a group of product marketers, developing their craft and their careers while directing cross-functional initiatives across sales, product, and go-to-market teams. Ultimately, you will solve critical business problems by elevating our thought leadership, scaling our market reach, and growing a high-performing product marketing function.

• Purpose: You will shape how the world perceives and adopts Jump Cloud's open directory platform, and you will build the team that carries that mission forward, directly influencing our market share and driving modern identity infrastructure solutions.

• Growth: You will own major strategic pricing and packaging initiatives, build and scale a product marketing team, expand your influence across executive-level steering committees, and establish yourself and your people as premier industry voices.

Measurable outcomes for the first 6-12 months:

• 6-Month Team Integration and Asset Delivery: Within the first 6 months, integrate fully into the marketing and product organizations, establish operating rhythms for your team, and deliver at least 3 high-value assets while embedding Jump Cloud's thought leadership and positioning across key marketing channels.

• Team Building and Performance: Within 9 months, assess team structure and capability, close priority skill or headcount gaps, and put in place clear goals, coaching cadences, and performance expectations that raise the output and consistency of the product marketing function.

• Pricing and Packaging Strategy: Within 9 months, direct the analysis, optimization, and rollout of an updated pricing and packaging strategy that simplifies customer onboarding and maximizes average contract value (ACV).
