Field Marketing Analyst – Associate

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns contributing to lead generation and pipeline growth

• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including paid media, social media, email, webinars, and industry marketing programs

• Create and update campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, social posts, and promotional materials

• Organize and maintain marketing content libraries

• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development Representatives, Product Marketing, and Product Management

• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights

• Coordinate vendors, agencies, and event logistics as needed

• Follow marketing best practices and contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Foundational knowledge of demand generation and digital marketing principles, including account-based marketing, social media, paid search, digital advertising, and emerging channels
• Demonstrated content creation and editing skills
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, shifting priorities, and firm deadlines
• Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and business concepts quickly
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce CRM is required
• Familiarity with creative or editing software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role, preferably supporting B2B marketing programs
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media, events, or marketing operations is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or analytics platforms is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, learn quickly, and contribute in a fast-paced team environment
