Integrated Marketing Specialist

• Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities promoting Emerson’s measurement instrumentation portfolio and industry-focused solutions.
• Assist in developing customer-facing campaign assets, web content, paid and earned media, email marketing, video, social media, third-party advertising, and sales enablement resources.
• Collaborate with product management, content strategists, digital marketing, industry leaders, and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
• Assist with project management, including timelines, asset coordination, approvals, and campaign launches.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement and other key marketing metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and marketing processes.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support campaign planning and content development.
• Contribute to special projects and strategic marketing initiatives supporting business growth objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Zero years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies is preferred.
• Internship, co-op, or professional experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, communications, or demand generation is preferred.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, content marketing programs, or lead generation initiatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO principles, content marketing, paid media, or social media marketing is preferred.
• Interest in industrial technology, automation, or business-to-business marketing is preferred.
• Experience leading campus organizations, volunteer initiatives, internships, or extracurricular projects involving collaboration and project management is preferred.

Demonstrates strong capabilities in executing integrated marketing campaigns, developing customer-facing content, and analyzing marketing performance metrics. Proficient in project management and collaboration within cross-functional teams to drive business growth objectives.
