- Gain exposure to a broad range of marketing initiatives
- Contribute to consumer marketing, insights, and market segmentation projects
- Support social media marketing initiatives

- Engage with senior leaders through the ELT Speaker Series
- Participate in the annual volunteering day
- Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028
- Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
- High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
- Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and their application to improve efficiency and support marketing initiatives
Demonstrates strong marketing acumen through effective consumer marketing, insights, and market segmentation. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and AI productivity tools to enhance marketing strategies and client engagement.
