Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager Role Overview

We are hiring a Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager to build and run our brand's video and social media presence from the ground up.

• Shoot and edit professional‑quality, brand‑building video for social media, ads, and the website – both short‑form and long‑form
• Design graphics for social posts, promotions, and marketing materials
• Plan, post, and manage day‑to‑day content across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms
• Travel to Vikings, Wild, and Twins games, autograph signings, and other events to capture content
• Build and grow our online brand presence and following
• Develop and drive a content calendar and posting strategy with minimal day‑to‑day direction
• Partner with ownership on brand direction and campaigns

• A few years of professional experience in video editing and social media management
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and graphic design skills
• Proven experience running brand social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
• A sharp eye for brand building and content that performs
• A reliable personal vehicle – this role requires regular travel to games, signings, and events around the Twin Cities
• A self‑starter mentality – comfortable setting your own priorities and workflow with limited oversight

• Experience at a similar sports memorabilia, sports marketing, or apparel/brand‑focused company
• Experience building promotions via text and email marketing
