What You'll DoAs the Marketing Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Global Marketing Team and Americas Sales Team to bring regional marketing programs to life.

Key responsibilities include
• Coordinate trade shows, distributor events, partner events, and regional marketing activities throughout the Americas
• Support event logistics including vendor management, promotional materials, registrations, and on-site execution
• Assist with marketing communications, campaigns, and promotional activities aligned with global marketing strategies
• Develop and coordinate sales enablement materials, presentations, brochures, product information, and customer communications
• Partner with internal teams, graphic designers, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Maintain and update regional marketing collateral and digital sales tools
• Support distributor and reseller marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns and promotional programs
• Assist with Hub Spot database management, contact lists, and marketing data quality
• Coordinate updates for the North American online store and related content
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
• Experience in event coordination, field marketing, or marketing project support
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Positive, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Hub Spot CRM or similar marketing automation platforms
• B2B marketing experience
• Understanding of channel marketing and distributor/reseller networks is a plus
• Spanish language skills are a plus
