A respected Twin Cities nonprofit organization is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Campaign Representative to support community engagement and fundraising initiatives. This hybrid role combines relationship management, public speaking, project coordination, and data tracking while working closely with local organizations throughout the metro area.

Overview:
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Position Type: Contract
Location: Hybrid Minneapolis, MN
Schedule: Full-time with occasional evening and weekend events
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of community and business partners
- Support fundraising and engagement efforts by helping partners achieve campaign goals
- Deliver presentations to groups of varying sizes, both in-person and virtually
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and staffing campaign-related meetings and events
- Track activities, interactions, and campaign progress within a CRM database
- Review campaign performance metrics and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Represent the organization professionally within the community
- Experience in customer service, sales, relationship management, fundraising, community outreach, or a related field
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or database systems
- Commitment to working effectively with diverse communities and audiences
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Twin Cities metro area
- Willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend events
