Community Impact & Philanthropy Manager
Help build Room & Board's strategy to support our communities through purpose, partnership, and people.
At Room & Board, we believe community involvement is an essential part of overall wellbeing. We are committed to supporting organizations in the communities where we live and work and proudly donate 2% of our profits annually to community partner organizations.
As our Community Impact & Philanthropy Manager, you'll help shape that impact. You'll build strategic plans and partnerships that create lasting change, inspire more than 1,000 employee-owners to give back, build a culture of service across the organization, and tell stories that connect our people to a greater purpose. The manager is not only responsible for shaping the strategy, but also for actively managing the partnerships and processes that support it.
If you're passionate about community, relationship building, communications, and creating measurable social impact, this is your opportunity to make a difference.
This role is part of our Internal Communications team within Human Resources and reports to the Director of Internal Communications.

Here, you'll join a collaborative culture where your ideas matter, your work has a direct impact, and your contributions help strengthen our people, our business, and the communities we serve.
