Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit committed to equipping students, partnering with churches, and sharing the hope of Christ on middle and high school campuses across the nation.

We’re seeking a Minneapolis Campus Ministry City Director to lead and grow a gospel movement by coaching student leaders, developing ministry teams, and building strong partnerships with local churches throughout the Minneapolis area.

• Share the gospel and disciple students.
• Coach, develop, and lead student leaders, volunteers, and ministry staff.
• Build relationships with churches, pastors, and community leaders.
• Recruit and equip volunteers for campus outreach.
• Lead and expand ministry efforts throughout the Minneapolis area.
• Travel throughout the region to support ministry initiatives.

• Has a passion for evangelism and discipleship.
• Has leadership and ministry experience.
• Is a strong communicator and relationship builder.
• Is organized, self-motivated, and spiritually mature.
• Has ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting (preferred).
• Holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required).
• Is willing to travel as needed.

  Full-time (45+ hours/week)

  Spring 2026 or later
• Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

As part of Decision Point’s ministry model, every staff member builds a team of prayer and financial partners. Comprehensive fundraising training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided, so previous fundraising experience is not required.
