Quad Cities Iowa Site Lead

The Quad Cities Iowa Site Lead is responsible for establishing, growing, and leading Together for Good's Quad Cities satellite site. This role combines community engagement, fundraising, volunteer leadership, church partnership development, referral network development, and participant case management to expand Together for Good's impact in Eastern Iowa.

The Site Lead serves as Together for Good's primary representative in the Quad Cities community, building relationships with churches, donors, community leaders, referral partners, and volunteers while increasing awareness of the ministry. The Site Lead works closely with the Iowa Site Director and Iowa care team to develop sustainable local support, recruit and equip volunteers, care for participating families, and ensure the successful implementation of the Together for Good model.

This position requires an individual who enjoys building relationships, connecting people to a mission, working independently, and balancing strategic growth with direct service to vulnerable children and families.

• Serve as Together for Good's primary representative throughout the Quad Cities Iowa region
• Build awareness of Together for Good through presentations, networking, community events, and relationships with churches, businesses, organizations, and community leaders
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with local churches, encouraging new church partnerships and supporting existing ministry partners
• Recruit, train, and support Ministry Coordinators within partner churches
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners including schools, healthcare providers, nonprofits, and child welfare agencies
• Identify, cultivate, and steward local donors, church partners, businesses, and foundations alongside the Iowa Site Director to meet the local budget
• Work toward annual fundraising goals through donor meetings, informational presentations, church partnerships, events, sponsor ships, grants, and local fundraising initiatives
• Collaborate with the Iowa Site Director on fundraising efforts
• Serve as a visible advocate for Together for Good's mission throughout the community

• Conduct participant intakes and determine appropriate support through Together for Good services
• Provide trauma-informed, strengths-based case management and ongoing support to participant families throughout their involvement with Together for Good
• Coordinate hostings and ensure all hosting arrangements follow organizational policies and safety standards
• Connect participant families with volunteer parent advocates and other appropriate resources
• Provide advocacy, resource navigation, referrals, and collaboration with community partners as needed
• Maintain accurate case documentation and records
• Complete mandated reporting responsibilities, including Child Protective Services reports, as required by law and organizational policy
• Recruit, onboard, train, retain, and care for volunteer host families, parent advocates, and support volunteers
• Collaborate with Iowa staff to ensure volunteers complete onboarding, required training, certification, and ongoing renewal requirements
• Build strong relationships with volunteers through coaching, encouragement, recognition, and ongoing communication
• Support volunteers before, during, and after hostings, helping them feel equipped, cared for, and successful in their roles
• Assist with volunteer recruitment events, information meetings, foundational trainings, and volunteer appreciation efforts
• Troubleshoot challenges with volunteers and provide guidance, support, and follow-up as needed

• Represent Together for Good professionally and consistently in all interactions with participants, volunteers, churches, donors, referral partners, and the community
• Uphold Together for Good's mission, vision, values, policies, and standards in all aspects of the role
• Participate in required national and Iowa staff meetings, trainings, retreats, supervision, and other organizational functions
• Collaborate with National and Iowa staff to ensure consistent implementation of Together for Good's model, policies, and best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication as required
• Participate in quality improvement, strategic planning, and other organizational initiatives as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned that support the mission and growth of Together for Good

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required
• Current Iowa Social Work License (LBSW, LMSW, or LISW) required, or ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire. Will also consider a master's degree in a related field with licensure
• Experience in child welfare, family services, foster care, adoption, family preservation, or case management preferred, but not required
