About Decision Point

Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit committed to reaching the next generation by equipping, sending, and coaching students to share the gospel on their campuses and online. The ministry partners with churches and communities to expand student outreach nationwide.

Position Summary

Decision Point is seeking a Minneapolis Campus Ministry City Director to lead and expand campus ministry in the Minneapolis area. The role includes coaching students who want to reach their peers for Christ and building partnerships with youth pastors, churches, schools, and community leaders.

Staff spend 50–75% of their time in the field during the ministry year (September–May), coaching students, visiting schools, and connecting with ministry and community leaders.

Anticipated hire date: Spring 2026 or later, as ministry needs and funding allow.

Strong communicator and relationship builder.

Experienced in leadership, coaching, or ministry.

Skilled at developing church and community partnerships.

Spiritually mature, teachable, and committed to biblical truth.

A team player with a heart for evangelism.

Willing to work 45+ hours per week and travel regularly in the Minneapolis area, with some national travel.

Qualifications

Church or parachurch ministry experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

High moral integrity, emotional maturity, social awareness, and spiritual maturity.

Must be an evangelical Christian who loves the gospel and evangelism.

Salary & Fundraising

$50,000–$65,000 annually
, based on experience and qualifications.

All Decision Point staff participate in raising financial and prayer support. Training, encouragement, and ongoing coaching are provided.
