The Karen L. Charles Threads Dance Project is seeking a full-time Development Manager to lead its 15th Anniversary fundraising efforts and ongoing growth in Minneapolis, MN.
The Development Manager will implement the annual development strategy with the Managing Director and Artistic/Executive Director, secure grants, manage the grant portfolio, and build individual donor relationships through an annual plan to support the organization's mission.
