  Granada, MN
• Hours:
  • 12-hour day shifts, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
  • 12-hour night shifts, 7 days a week
• Client Specifics:
  Infant with trach, vent, and g-tube
• Up to a $2,500 Sign On Bonus

Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

From tiny tots to young adults, we work with patients who might have trach, ventilator, or g-tubes.

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. The base ranges for this role are:

• LPN: $25.00 to $31.00 hourly
• RN: $35.00 to $41.00 hourly

These ranges are based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
