Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Nursing located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and implement policies to maintain high standards in patient care. Responsibilities include managing nursing staff, developing care plans, monitoring infection control programs, and providing leadership in long-term care settings. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical and nursing services.
Qualifications- Extensive experience in Nursing Management and team supervision
- Knowledge of Infection Control practices and protocols
- Strong background in Nursing with expertise in Medicine
- Experience in Long-term Care facilities and understanding of their operational needs
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus)
