. These are kids ready to come home from the hospital, and they need you to help make that possible.

  St. Paul, Woodbury, Plymouth, Brooklyn Center, and Blaine
• Hours:
  
  Full Time, Part Time and PRN Days, Nights, Evenings & Weekends
• Client Specifics:
  Kids ages 1-21 years old with trachs, vents, and g-tubes
• Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

Join our dynamic team and get ready for some serious teamwork! We offer specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care—so no experience required to get started. We’ll help you breeze through the learning curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

Base rate: $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN
, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications. Additional bonus structure available as listed above.
