• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Start Date: February 28, 2026
• End Date: April 25, 2026
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating (Evening/Night) — ideal for experienced ER nurses
• Shift Times: 09:00, 11:00, 15:00, 19:00
• Employment Type: Travel Contract / Travel nurse position
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2020 - $2130
• Openings: 1
• Weekend/Holiday Coverage: As needed
• On-Call: None
• Floating: As needed within the ER
• Requested Time Off (RTO): 7 days or less

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room / Emergency Department nursing experience — trauma and high-acuity experience preferred
• License: Active Minnesota RN license required (MN is a non-compact state); MN temporary license accepted if valid for contract duration
• Certifications: BLS (AHA only), ACLS (AHA only), PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
• Submittal Items: Cover sheet, resume, active license/certifications, skills checklist
• Skills: Triage, rapid assessment, IV/med administration, cardiac monitoring, trauma protocols, wound care, and emergency documentation

• Provide rapid assessment, triage, and evidence-based care for patients in the Emergency Department/ER
• Administer medications, IV therapy, advanced cardiac monitoring, and wound care for trauma and medical emergencies
• Support resuscitation and trauma team responses in high-acuity situations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate diagnostics, imaging, and treatment plans
• Accurate, timely documentation of patient care and safe handoffs during shift changes
• Educate and support patients and families during high-stress encounters and discharge planning
• Float within the ER as needed to support patient flow and staffing needs
