Travel Registered Nurse (ER) – 8-week travel RN contract in Minneapolis, MN (55426). 12-hour rotating day/evening shifts; competitive weekly pay estimated at $2020–$2130.

• Location: Minneapolis, MN 55426 (Minneapolis travel nursing, Minnesota travel nursing)
• Specialty/Unit: Emergency Room (ER) / Emergency Department (ED)
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract (On-Site)
• Contract Dates: 02/28/2026 – 04/25/2026 (8 weeks)
• Hours: 36 hours/week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating (Day/Evening) — start times 03:00 and 15:00
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2020 - $2130 (competitive travel nurse pay)
• Weekends / Holidays: As needed
• Floating: As needed within the ER
• Openings: 1
• Time Off: Requested time off (RTO) must be 7 days or less

• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent ER/ED Registered Nurse experience (emergency nursing, triage, high-acuity care)
• License: Active Minnesota RN license required. (MN is a non-compact state.) MN temporary license accepted if valid through the contract end date.
• Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
• Core Skills: Rapid assessment and triage, emergency interventions, IV therapy and starts, medication administration, cardiac/telemetry monitoring, clear communication in urgent situations

• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing reassessments to support timely, safe emergency care (ER triage, acute care)
• Deliver evidence-based emergency nursing care for a broad range of emergent conditions and acuity levels
• Initiate and manage emergency interventions including IV starts/therapy, medication administration, and continuous monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, treatment plans, and patient disposition
• Accurately document in the medical record and communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team
• Support department flow and patient throughput while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
