During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re‑record your answer to each question – Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording.

The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.

New Grads will not be considered at this time.

Masters‑prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP or ANP.

Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice.

Active BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required.
