At Pediatric Home Service, our RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely  you’re looking for a meaningful nursing job with flexibility, support, and impact — this is your season.

• Location: Blaine, MN
• Hours & Shift Details:
  • Part Time Day Shift – Thursdays only: 9 hour shift (client: 7‑year‑old with trach, vent, and a g‑tube)
  • Full Time Overnight Shift – Sunday through Wednesday: 10‑hour shifts (client: infant with trach, vent, and g‑tube; FEMALE HCNs ONLY)
  • Split Shift – Monday through Friday: 6a‑8a & 2p‑4p (2 separate short shifts) (client: 12‑year‑old)
• Sign On Bonus: Up to $4,000 for full time nights
• Night & Weekend Bonus Structure: Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour, Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour, Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

Base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, based on license, experience, and qualifications.
