Position: RN Supervisor w/ $5K Bonus

Pediatric Home Service is looking for a skilled and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to help lead our team! This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of client care which includes clinical support, consultation and educational enrichment for staff, clients and families while supporting all caregivers to ensure their professional success in the home-care setting.

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
  • License Requirements:
    Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with Minnesota board of nursing
  • Now offer a $5,000 Bonus
EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS
  • Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with Minnesota state board of nursing.
  • Two years of experience working as a registered nurse including pediatric experience preferred.
POSITION DETAILS
  • Oversees Home Care Nurses to ensure effective competency in accordance with nursing practice and safe care plan.
  • Works with Case Managers to provide safe, high quality care to patients and families.
  • Work with HCN Coordinators and Case Managers on staffing/availability issues.
  • Plans regular meetings in various regional locations to promote teambuilding, recognition and competency activities.
  • Participates in care conferences.
  • Teach, demonstrate and coordinate education during orientation, for patient specific needs and verify nurse competencies.
  • Routinely surveys and corresponds with field staff to monitor competency, job satisfaction, and provide feedback.
  • Identifies, investigates and takes corrective action of problem areas, resolves complaints, performs terminations and consults with management as needed.
  • Interview field nurse candidates.
