Registered Nurse; RN Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time administrative RN for our Detroit Lakes office to provide nursing services and supervise direct care staff in an adult foster care setting.

• Perform comprehensive consumer assessments, monitor health status, and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care, provide education, and ensure proper documentation while adhering to legal and professional standards.
• Supervise staff, facilitate training, and assist with medication monitoring and safety practices.
• Participate in team meetings, foster open communication, and promote respectful, individualized care.
• Travel within the local area and maintain confidentiality and compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications include an active RN license, BLS certification, strong communication skills, and preferred one year of experience.
