What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing on staffing, planning, and mentoring new faculty.
• Oversee clinical site relationships and ensure smooth, high-quality clinical experiences for students.
• Support and guide faculty while promoting a positive, engaging learning environment.

Who You Are:

• Registered Nurse licensed in MN (unencumbered).
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 2+ years of teaching experience.
• 3+ years of nursing management experience.
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and creating positive change is a plus.
