Infusion - Registered Nurse

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Infusion at CVS Health, you will provide infusion therapies at patients’ homes, ensuring high-quality care outside a hospital setting.

• Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in patients’ homes.
• Use clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist patients recovering at home.
• Conduct one-on‑one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education following physician plans.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service skills when interacting with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and partners.
• Travel up to two hours each way for patient visits when required.

• Flexible part‑time schedule, approximately 25–29 hours per week.
• Hours may include evenings and weekends; weekend availability welcomed.
• Telephonic on‑call of 1–2 weeks per year (no in‑person visits during on‑call).

Knoxville and surrounding areas; travel up to two hours.

• Registered Nurse with current compact license in Tennessee.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• Strong IV insertion skills with at least one year of infusion/IV experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for documentation.
• Ability to participate in on‑call rotation as needed.

• Three years’ nursing experience.
• Home healthcare experience.
• Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion (CRNI) preferred but not required.

RN Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Hourly rate $26.01–$56.14, based on experience, education, and geography. Additional bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs may apply.
