We’re looking for compassionate RNs and LPNs who want to be part of one of the most meaningful moments in a child’s life: coming home for the very first time. At Pediatric Home Service, our nurses provide 1:1 private duty care, helping medically complex children safely transition from hospital to home — where they belong.

• Locations:
  Apple Valley, Blaine, Brooklyn Center, Duluth, Granada, Minneapolis, St Paul, & Woodbury, MN
• Hours:
  
  Full Time and Part Time Days, Nights, and Weekends
• Client specifics:
  Kids ages birth - 18 years old with g-tubes, trachs, and vents

Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights

• Night & Weekend Bonus Structure – You choose the shift. We add the boost.
• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
