• Hours:
  • Days Sunday through Saturday: 10‑hour shifts
  • Overnights Sunday through Saturday: 10‑hour shifts
• Client Specifics: Infant with trach, vent, and gj‑tube – RN only
• Location: St. Paul, MN 55102
• Hours:
  • Overnights Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday: 12‑hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 2 year old with trach, vent, and g‑tube
• Location: St. Paul, MN 55109
• Hours:
  • Days Saturday & Sundays: 9 hour shifts
  • Overnights Wednesday & Saturday: 10-hour shifts
• Client Specifics: Infant with trach, vent, and g‑tube

Night & Weekend Bonus Structure – You choose the shift. We add the boost.

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

We provide top‑on‑one care to kids with medical complexities, helping them live their best lives at home, school, and within their communities. From tiny tots to young adults, our patients may have trach, ventilator, or g‑tubes.

Join our dynamic team and get ready for teamwork! We offer specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care—no experience is required to get started. We’ll help you learn the curve and into a role that truly makes a difference. With 24/7 support from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is enough.

Base range: $25.00–$31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00–$41.00 hourly for RN, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
