North Ridge Health and Rehab in New Hope, MN is hiring full‑time and part‑time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our dynamic and caring clinical team.

This rehabilitation nursing position offers a competitive salary of up to $44.23 per hour, based on years of experience. As an RN, you provide total care for residents by monitoring conditions, administering medications and treatments per physician orders, ensuring narcotic policies are followed, and documenting everything accurately. You oversee nursing assistant‑registered staff, report changes in residents’ status, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA. Your warm, friendly demeanor facilitates excellent customer service and builds relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

• RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required. We value trustworthiness, respect, dependability, professionalism, team spirit, and strong communication skills. If you are dedicated to serving and caring for seniors, you may be the ideal candidate.

Full‑time and part‑time positions are 8‑hour shifts: 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm–6:00 am. We are primarily looking to fill day shifts, which require working every other weekend.
