Executive Assistant​/Hospice LPN

The Bardo End-of-Life provides serene, homelike settings amidst nature for individuals at the end of their lives. We focus on creating beautiful spaces that prioritize comfort and dignity during the dying process. Beyond physical care, we offer support services from diagnosis through the end-of-life journey, as well as bereavement care for families. Our work centers on compassion, understanding, and holistic care tailored to each individual's needs.

This is an on-site, dual-role position located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area for an Executive Assistant/Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (or RN). As the part time Executive Assistant, you will handle administrative tasks, schedule coordination, and facilitate communication for the organization, while your hands on role will provide occasional patient care, including end-of-life care, medication management, and support in a home care setting.

The role requires a sensitive and compassionate approach, comfort in teaching and holding space, effective multitasking, and a commitment to service excellence.

This is a part time role as we continue to grow as an organization.

• Minimum Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials, with knowledge of nursing practices and end-of-life care
• Experience in providing hospice or end-of-life patient support
• Skills in medicine, including medication management and patient care coordination
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support patients, families, and team members
• Prior experience in hospice care or a relevant healthcare setting is highly beneficial
