Job Details:

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position providing full-time coverage in a tertiary hospital setting

Must reside 50 miles or more from the facility to be considered

Supervised practice model

Day shift availability with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts; schedules include 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Minimum of 36 hours per week and 2 weeks per month required; at least two consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of the assignment

Full-time equivalent coverage: 40 hours per week for 4 weeks per month

Care Team Model with a 4:1 support ratio and a 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department for room turnover and supply management

Patient population ages 12 and older including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals

EMR system:
Epic (experience required)

Occasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends available but not required

Beeper call available on some Saturdays (not required); weeknight call also available

Active Minnesota RN and Registered Nurse Anesthetist licensure required (Minnesota is not a compact state)

ACLS and BLS (Tier 2 – Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required

Minimum of 1 year of experience required
