About This Position

The Manager, Cardiac Catheterization Lab provides operational and clinical leadership for the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology laboratories and associated invasive/noninvasive procedural areas. This role is responsible for staffing, throughput, patient safety, quality outcomes, regulatory readiness, fiscal stewardship, and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high‑quality cardiovascular care for diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required;
    Bachelor’s degree in health care, management, or nursing required;
    Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least seven (7) years in cardiovascular procedural and surgical areas; at least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
  • State Requirement: BLS certification or obtained within 6 months.
