• Overtime: $1.5x regular rate, including holiday pay for designated holidays
• Call Pay:
  • Weekend Beeper Call 24 hrs: $1,000
  • Weekend Beeper Call 12 hrs: $700
  • Weeknight Beeper Call 8 hrs: $400
  • Weeknight Beeper Call 12 hrs: $700

• Provide anesthesia support under a supervised model at a Level III tertiary hospital.
• Support a team with a 4:1 care staff ratio in a busy, adult patient population (12+).
• Conduct anesthesia care during various surgical procedures, excluding blocks, epidurals, spinal, or A-lines.
• Cover scheduled shifts and assist with occasional overnight or weekend shifts as desired.
• Support emergency procedures and patient safety protocols.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.

• Valid Minnesota RN and CRNA licenses
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• Current ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certifications
• Ability to commit to at least two consecutive weeks per month for initial three months
• Excellent clinical skills, professionalism, and teamwork
