Job Summary:
The registered nurse (RN) specializing in cardiovascular intensive care unit (ICU) at this Minneapolis location provides comprehensive, holistic patient care in a high‑acuity setting. The RN executes nursing standards and delivers skilled care to adult and geriatric patients, including those undergoing fresh open heart surgery. Candidates must bring their licenses on the first day of employment.

Hours:
12‑hour rotating shifts - Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota nursing license;
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; at least 1 year of recent specialty‑relevant experience; experience with fresh open heart surgery patients; proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms; experience with Impella and balloon pumps;
Epic EMR experience; adult and geriatric patient care experience. - Additional Information:
Familiarity with clinical skills beyond standard RN responsibilities may be required for specific units. Candidates must submit RTO requests at the time of submittal; work history must be current to the last year with relevant skills listed and include two supervisory references with employment dates.
