Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse – DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD)

Providence Place, 3720 23rd Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55407. Travel to other SNF clinics within the region may be required.

3‑4 days per week. 12‑hour shifts. Alternating Saturdays. No on‑call duty.

• Provide independent, patient‑centered dialysis care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Troubleshoot and make clinical decisions related to dialysis treatment.
• Conduct patient and family education in the SNF setting.
• Supervise dialysis technicians to achieve capacity and efficiency goals.
• Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care and maintain treatment plans.
• Maintain complete ongoing care records and ensure compliance with clinical outcomes.
• Operate autonomously while applying critical thinking and nursing judgment.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 12 months of RN experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three‑year accredited diploma acceptable.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Paid, hands‑on training program provided.

• Experience with chronic or acute hemodialysis.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
• Background in training, teaching, or healthcare education.

Wage range: $42.00 – $59.00 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).
