  Days Tuesday & Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sundays 12‑hour shifts
• Client Specifics: 4‑year‑old with g‑tube

Up to $4,000 for full‑time nights.

• Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1 per hour
• Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2 per hour
• Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1 per hour

We provide top‑notch one‑on‑one care to kids with medical complexities, helping them live their best lives at home, school, and within their communities. From tiny tots to young adults, our patients may have trach, ventilator, or g‑tubes.

• Specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care—no experience required to get started.
• 24/7 support from a dedicated team.
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but heart and willingness to learn are essential.

Base range: $25.00–$31.00 per hour for LPN and $35.00–$41.00 per hour for RN, based on license, experience, and qualifications.

• RN or LPN license
• Willingness to learn ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care
• Commitment to providing personalized 1:1 care
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on weekdays and weekends
