• Monitor resident needs, condition, and care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Order and receive medications from the pharmacy
• Admit and discharge residents
• Oversee TMA/NAR/RCA staff
• Ensure narcotic policy and procedures are followed
• Report changes of condition to RN/Supervisor and physician as delegated
• Monitor for side effects of medication and report prn
• Ensure resident care plans are being followed
• Uphold the Resident Bill of Rights and facility policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to all residents, families, visitors, MDs, and coworkers

• LPN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required

These full-time and part-time healthcare positions work 8-hour shifts: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. We are actively looking to hire for day shifts, and those do require working every other weekend.
