  Infusion Nurse

  Roseville, MN
• Schedule:
  
  Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM with some scheduling flexibility
• On‑Call:
  Rotating on‑call responsibilities and occasional evening/weekend support (approximately 5 weekends per year)

• Provide assessment and care of patients receiving home IV therapy.
• Communicate appropriate patient information with other members of the health care team.
• Develop, implement and maintain nursing care plans.
• Demonstrate competency in identified areas.
• Adhere to PHS policies and procedures and standards set up by other appropriate regulatory groups.
• Provide training and education for patients, families or caregivers to safely deliver home IV therapy.
• Document pertinent information on the patient’s record.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Willingness to obtain Wisconsin RN licensure.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.

• Pediatric nursing experience.
• Infusion therapy experience.
• Venipuncture skills.
• Home care or home infusion experience.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
