An established healthcare organization is seeking Registered Nurses to provide patient care across both Medical-Surgical and Emergency Departments. This role offers exceptional exposure to acute care while allowing nurses to expand their skills in a collaborative, community-focused setting.

- Provide direct patient care in Med/Surg and ER settings.
- Supervise CNAs, Nursing Assistants, and LPNs.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Assess and monitor patients for changes in condition.
- Implement physician orders and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Develop and update care plans.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist with orientation and training of new employees.
- Cross-train between Emergency and Med/Surg departments.
- Participate in quality initiatives and hospital committees.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Current RN license in North Dakota or Compact RN License.
- Prior Med/Surg and/or ER experience preferred but not required.
- Previous EHR experience preferred.
BLS certification required or obtainable within 3 months. - ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required or obtainable after hire.
- TNCC preferred.
