RN Visit Nurse – Home Health, 1:1 Care | Join a Top Twin Cities Agency + $4K Bonus

Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area and surrounding Minnesota service area

Schedule: Full-Time with On-Call and Weekend Rotation

Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 per year plus $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Drive between visits with flexibility and control over your schedule.
• Provide skilled nursing care in homes and senior communities.
• Deliver treatments such as wound care, medication management, and assessments.

• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document in real time and stay focused on patient care.

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in home health, med‑surg, rehab, or clinical nursing.
• Strong clinical judgment and independence.
• A nurse who values connection, autonomy, and meaningful work.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
