Ongoing (initial contract is 4 months)

Orientation & Scheduling Requirements:

Paid orientation: 3 days required
Orientation shifts begin on the second Monday of every month
Providers must complete 3 orientation shifts
Full-time coverage preferred
Minimum requirement may be 36 hours/week and 2 weeks/month may apply
Required:
Two consecutive weeks per month during the first 3 months of assignment
After 3 months, every-other-week scheduling may be considered

Shift Details:

8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
Schedule options include:

6:30am–3:00pm
6:30am–5:00pm
6:30am–7:00pm

Coverage Needs:

FTE coverage needed
Approximately 40 hours/week x 4 weeks/month preferred

Practice Setting:

Hospital-based tertiary care facility
Level III facility
Care Team model: 4:1
24-hour anesthesia aide department available for room turnover and supply support

Patient Population:

Ages 12+

Blocks
Arterial lines
Epidurals
Spinals

EMR:
Epic

Requirements:

Minnesota RN license – Required
Minnesota Registered Nurse Anesthetist licensure – Required
ACLS/BLS Tier 2 Advanced Cardiac Life Support – Required upon hire
Minimum 1 year of experience – Required
NBCRNA Required
Active MN License Required

Credentialing Timeframe:

Approximately 90–120 days
