The unit comprises 18 beds (8 in critical care, 10 non-critical) and utilizes advanced monitoring equipment to manage thermal, electrical, radiation, and chemical injuries.
We emphasize evidence-based nursing practice, Shared Governance, and a nurse residency program to support learning and retention.
