Fairview Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Transplant Coordinator to join the deceased donor‑Lung Transplant team on the University of Minnesota East Bank Campus. This is a 0.8 FTE, benefit‑eligible role supporting post‑transplant care coordination and long‑term patient management.
You will coordinate pre‑ and post‑transplant care, work with physicians and nurses, provide triage and education to patients and families, and participate in protocol development and quality
