Allina Health’s Internal Resource Pool (IRP) team provides float RN coverage across system hospitals for Per Diem or multi-week assignments. IRP nurses are highly skilled, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously while contributing to strong teamwork in diverse settings.
This opportunity initially supports Medical Surgical units at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and United Hospital, with expansion to multiple sites. Flexible shifts and assignment lengths are available.
