Fairview is seeking a full-time, day shift Clinic Patient Care Supervisor for the Masonic Cancer Clinics at M Health Fairview Clinics & Surgery Center. This is an on‑site position working Monday through Friday, 8‑hour shifts, with no weekends or holidays required. The Supervisor Patient Care‑Clinics is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and providing professional nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care setting.

• Deliver care that is sensitive to the unique needs of the ages served by the clinic while following established standards and protocols.
• Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established nursing standards and practices, supporting quality patient and family‑centered care principles and performing a variety of high level functions within a care team.
• Educate patients and the public about various medical conditions, maintain complete, timely and accurate clinical documentation for each patient, and continually look for opportunities to improve processes and workflow.
• Manage the operations of designated staff, both clinical and non‑clinical, providing workflow direction and management consistent with achieving department and organizational objectives, coordinating, ensuring consistency and integration in the operation of the clinic site, assisting in development and implementation of policies and procedures, strategic planning and budgeting, and leading and/or participating in improvement projects/teams.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience
• MN Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

The posted pay range is for a 40‑hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
